The walkers or the helpers?

G'day!

Hello there everybody!

Chris here!
So today I was walking to the comic book store with my mates Laura-Jane and Petra, and we spot this elderly lady who had just taken a tumble, and there were a couple of people standing around her, feeling slightly curios as to what had happened, but there was also a man in a very nice looking suite, crouched down. The man's fine fabric scraping along the ground, it's as if he was thinking "no price for a suit is equal enough to the life anyone else". It is moments like those that make me think there is some hope after all for human kind...Ok on with the story, so we see this poor lady who had taken a stumble. I stopped and turned to Lj who had allready stopped and said "shall I go over there?" and then I cross the road and walk over to the lady. I arrive and bend down to see how bad it is, there is blood running quite freely out of her face. It seems as if she knocked the top of her eyebrow. Lj went off to find a docter at the clinic near where the lady fell... she came back saying that no doctors would come out... society huh... So with the very small people crowed around calling for an ambulance, Lj, Petra and myself were left to just stand there and watch helplessly...atleast we stood there, and attempted to help as much as we could...
As apposed to those who just kept walking only thinking about themselves "oh shell be right, people fall everyday...ill just keep walking" this includes the two people who had first aid certificates.... let me just add here that the fellow in the really nice suit, didnt have a first aid cert. and yet HE stopped. Guessing by the way he dressed, you would think that he had somewhere better to be... and yet HE stopped....Arg, why dont people stop??

Let me think on this more...

Ciao for now!

Hi Laura-Jane!!

They nearly got me!...Close. But I was too quick!

Those bloody rabid dogs! I am incredibly sorry for my absense, due to no fault of my own! As it so happens, I was in a race for my life!! Being chased by a secret government agency tends to do ones self harm!

I had recently come into possesion of some classified documents that belonged to an angency so secret that they don't even have a logo. How do I know of this agency? Well, to be honest I can't tell you, for my life is allready in danger. I do not want to be responcible for the death of so many people who need not die! So, as stated before, I had recently come into possesion of some classified documents, these documents are proof of a conspiracy that alot of people are fully aware of. New World Order. For safetys sake, I shall not post these documents on my Blog. After all this agency is watching my everymove.

It started 2 weeks ago, I wrote an e-mail to a trusted friend of mine discussing my discovery, I should learn to be more carefull I think! He never replied. One week went by without reply, before I made a shocking discovery! Fred (who's name I have changed for securitys sake) had been murdered. Shot in the head once, and the chest twice. Now I'm no expert, but I do believe that is the ideal way to kill a man if you want to end his life. Twice in the chest... once in the head. It became clear to me that what I had uncovered had touched a nerv. But whos nerve?

More updates will come very soon. I have to be carefull not to give away to much at once.

I do however have some evidence I would like to share with you. Please help me! Look at these pictures and decipher the code. So far I have worked out it is old russian money, but there is a message in it. But where?!

Something Different

Well Hello there!
Exciting news right now! This is my new video that is also up on youtube! Check it out!
This damn thing took be the better part of 3 days to complete...and that tomato bit...that was grueling.. frame by agonising frame! BUT it's up! So the basic meaning behind this video is not to be a sheep lol. And yes I realize"sheep" is a pretty silly word to use. I think, however, that it is the best one to use in this circumstance. I feel very strongly about going out there and giving it YOUR all.. not someone else's all. Life is only worth living once. So take chances and differentiate yourself from everyone else. Make a statement! Be yourself! not someone else!

The video!

That video?!

G'day there guys and girls!

Well it's been a while! What have I been up to? Well I have been working on a video I am soon to post on The YOUUU TUBE website. It has been alot of hard work! So annoying! But the good news is I'm NEARLY done, about 2 or 3 days from completion... It is not the quantity of video tape ie how long it is.. but rather the quality that I'm, editing the video at. I am adding a few special effect things! for a novice like me it takes quite a while to do this haha. I am also enlisting the help of my mate though. So things are coming along quite nicely!

Anyways this was just a quick one as I am about to head out to the RSL with the folks to meet some family friends! Have a good one all! and I shall catch you on the FLIP side!

The sin city effect.

Ooo, black and white! but with colour!
G'day guys and girls!
So, I'm at work at the moment, so I'm unable to do as much as I would like to do. But I have decided to embark on a little project! A few of you out there who may or may not be reading my blog know that I am deeply interested in art and theatre - as a branch off result film and television play a part. Hence why I have a YouTube account.
I'm sure everyone out there has heard of Sin City. Possibly, just as many have seen the movie. Everyone likes that effect right? You know, the "everything is black and white, except for those few random colour bits." Well yes, that's my idea. From what I have seen its pretty simple to do. I did a mock up in photoshop. I have all the programs I need, the only thing left to do is film it.
Hope my computer can HANDLE it! (it's so bad, I need to desperatly upgrade my RAM... 700 odd megabytes of ram.. TERRIBLE... my other sticks died.)
I hit my head...
I'm bored at work right now!
Oh yes, back on topic! A really good example of the effect I want to achieve is in a video by boh3m3 on youtube.. video can be found if you click the link!
Anyways thats enough from me for now!

I'll be seeing you round!

EARTH HOUR!

Later on tonight, Earth hour is here!

Hi guys and girls!

Chris here.

Thought I might say hi and roll off an entry before Earth hour comes! I am currently at work and excited to see how Earth hour turns out! I work at Global Gossip, it's an internet cafe (and no we don't bloody serve drinks!) and we are partaking in Earth hour, the whole company is actually. I think this is a really good move considering that running 30 odd computers takes quite a bit of electricity! So, some people out there may be wondering what Earth hour is... Basicly it's when everyone from around the world switches of their lights and all their power supple at 8:30 pm. Thereby reducing the amount of pollution created from factorys creating electricity out of fossil fuel for one hour. Yeh, so...enough of that ramble lol..

So I'm here at work doing nothing besides write in this little white box I call a texty thing. I didn't write a blog entry yestoday because....well... I don't remember actually, I'm sure there was a very legit reason why I didn't.. Hmmm let me think... Ooo I know! I was being chased by a huge fire breathing DONKEY! It was trying to start a fire in my heart.... (get it?) ... Don't worry lol... I amuse my self sometimes... I'm a DORK!

Ok. So. Moving on! Oh yes, Jen would like a mention in this.. she practicly BEGGED me to mention her "Oh Chris, PLEASE tell everyone I said HI! and that I ROCK! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!" so you know... I guess I will!... (just incase you are wondering, I maaay have changed the wording around...just a little bit. Which brings me to my next topic. Apparently... Miss Gabriella Sherman has been letting people listen onto my drunken ramblings I do whilst on msn TRASHED... Oooooook lol..

Cool! I'm famous.....

Photoshop update.

Well I'm slowly but surely getting the hang of things. Anyone got any ideas as to what I can create? I find it much easyer to create something to someones specifications rather than rely on my own imagination....... SAD...

So speak up haha.
Untill next time!

The wonders of Photoshop

Photoshop! Gotta love it!

Welcome, welcome!
Chris here!
So, I have had a copy of photoshop CS3 (along with the complete CS3 master suite) for quite some time, and have dabbled in it a little bit as well, but not enough to really know my way around it and to produce those masterful works of art we all see! So I borrowed some books from the TAFE library, and have all ready learned quite alot! I'm affraid, however, that I havn't much to show from it... besides my banner up the top of course.
Btw, If you would like me to create a little banner for you, give me a shout, it won't be top class, you may not even want to use it, but I could use the practice! lol...

I'm thinking that once I finish my course at TAFE that I am currently doing, I'll see how I feel about doing a course in Graphic Design, after all a good friend of mine did the course, and she is now employed as a graphic artist! HOW COOL IS THAT?!

So yeh, that is my little update for the day!
Hoping all is well for everyone!

What is the experiment?

The big experiment.

G'day there all!.
Chris here.
Ok, to understand this blog entry you will first need to understand a little bit about myself. For years I have been fascinated with the idea of being able to create a community within a community. I thought to myself "how do I do this? How do I create my own little community?". Creating a community that includes all aspects of normal life. But with a twist.

I believe I have failed this little venture of mine. I tried, at first, to create a myspace account, then I had a go at creating a facebook, then youtube. What I hoped to create was a 'group' of common people. By common people I don't mean 'common class - low life' people. I mean a group of people that were all common to each other, a group of people that knew each other, but on such a large extent as to call this... "A community". As much as I tried to collect a large group of common people, the more I realised what a hard venture this was. So this turned into a big experiment. I had so many loose ends. Myspace, Facebook, Youtube, all of these things were disconnected. They need a common link! I thought for days and days, I just couldn't think of what the common link was?? Then I realised I had the common link! I had the common link and I didn't even know it! Can you see what the common link was? When I realised what the common link was. I was shocked! Because I figured out that finaly... after my many years of trying... I had created a community.

Not a large community, but a community none the less. I'm so very proud! But at the same time utterly shocked that it has worked. Now, all that is left to do, is to advance on this small community. But I realised that with my common link, I still need your help. My plan for the very near future is to get a headquarters up. Namely a website!

...So, that is my experiment!

Tonight I'll be going to the local RSL to hang out with some mates there! It's gonna be a blast! Great steaks! Great booz lol!

Till next time!

Re. "Compelled to write blogs." - Josh

Hello fellow bloggers!

So here I am again, writing another blog. Funnily enough that is the segway into what I will be writing about tooooooday.

Ok, so on with the show! A fellow blogger by the name of Josh (you can find a link to his blog somewhere... not quite sure where.) posted an entry in his blog posing a question "why are we compelled to blog?". Now, I thought it was a very interesting entry that he wrote. particularly one segment:

Maybe we find blogs a way to express ourselves, similar to a diary, yet with the feeling that someone else will read our words.

I agree with this, and because I did, I wrote a comment for that entry. I'm going to elaborate on my comment.

To elaborate on my comment I feel one must first go slightly off topic. Now as we men all know, and as much as we dislike this, females are the head honcho in the family. They rule the nest. No matter what. So, why is it that when females tell men to put the toilet seat down...men leave it up anyway? Surely the man would listen to what the female has to say. Put simply, the reason for this, is that the man is using what ever authoritive power he has left and uses it as best he can, ie: leaving the toilet seat up is a display of dominance and says to the female "you can't control all of me".

Back on topic now. This same principle applies with blog writing, maybe not in the same context as a "male/female relationship" but in the context of, we are using whatever power we have left to write down our free thoughts, the thoughts that have not been warped and twisted by the media or our parents, or any authority figure we have in our society. Also, as a point Josh made in reply to my comment, when we are told to do something, we...of course... don't want to do it. For example, writing an essay, it seems that I'm not the only one that leaves it 'till the last day huh? We do not want to do the assignment, not because its hard or the topic is boring, but because we were told that we have to do it. Blog writing, on the other hand is something we are not pressured into doing. Thus, we don't feel the need to defy that authority figure we have wanted to defy since time began. And we can also write WHATEVER we want... and that makes it interesting for alot of people to read.

Another thing which I won't touch on today (maybe another day) is human curiosity... the "be in the know" aspect of life.

So I hope that got you all thinking :)

'Till next time bloggers!

Keep it real!

You know that love hate thing?

Good morning! That love hate thing.

So, I arrived 4 hours early to TAFE today as I thought I had class in the morning. I was proved wrong when I went to my class room and found it was inhabited by people I have never even SEEN before. I walk around the campus hoping to find someone in which I familiarized myself with. My efforts were in vain or vein or vane. Then, when all hopes were lost, as I walked toward the library, I ran into Kate (I didn't actually collide with her of course). So there we are talking, she is about to head of to her own class which is on the way to the library. She says "I'll walk you to the library" to which I say "ok cool, but which way is your class?". She points toward the library and then I say "So...you decide to walk me to the library not because you feel like walking me to the library, but because you have class there???" (I pretend to act playfully offended). We both laugh. That's when I see Julia who happens to be a girl in my class that I thought was in the morning. I smile and wave "Hi Julia!". Hmm, she may not have heard me? As all I got back was a continuation of her directional walking. So, to combat this, once again I smile and wave, but this time instead of saying "Hi, Julia" I playfully say "Juuullliiiaaa" in a pitched voice so high I even scared myself.

NEW PARAGRAPH!!!

This is the confusing part.

She looks straight at me, does not smile, but instead gives me a sort of "what do you want?" look/accusation and continues to walk ahead. Now, there is two ways I can take this. One, she has had a bad morning and I simply get the bad end of the stick there... no harm done. Or two, I have done something wrong, naturaly, I think it is the later of the two. So there we have it, what have I done I ask myself? I feel slightly confused at this point, as a matter of fact, I still am confused. I'm sitting here in the library taking a look around at all the people wondering what I could possibly have done (and if you are wondering how I typing AND looking around the room...answer... I can touch type.. *que cool music*). I'm thinking back to the last time I saw Julia, and that was at the train stop as I said goodbye to her. All seemed just peechy then?

Oh no! Forgive my seemingly up-my-self-ish manner. But could Julia have a crush on me? Julia seeing me talking to another girl and getting the reaction I got? O dear. What do I do?

Is there any words of wisdom out there to solve my predicament?

Hello to all the people who don't read.

Hi Everyone,
Chris here.
So, what have I been doing today? NOTHING, that is, if you don't count visiting my mother and sister, washing my cloths, and doing half my L&L (language and Learning) assignment. My topic for the essay is "The Knights Templars", an medieval military order, operating for...blah...blah...blah... The end.

There is nothing more I hate about learning, than having to do assignments. It is the bane of my existence. Anyway, moving on. I watched "Deja vu" today, you know, the one with the greatest actor of all time... Denzel Washington *que really cool music*. It was a really superb movie spare the several mistakes that inevitably occurred due to messing around with the "time space" concept. All movies in this genre seem to have one thing in common: A period of unexplained segways (excuse my poor spelling haha) in which the time space concept cannot be explained.
But over all, as always when Denzel Washington is in a movie, like John Q, Remember the Titans, Courage Under Fire, Man on Fire, and Malcolm X, it was a really well done movie.

Right, moving on =] .
So here I am sitting on the couch, sitting next to my little sis Karlee, listening to everyone argue with her haha... of course she is "alllllways right..." haha. Not likely. Currently we are talking about how respect works. Always respect those above you, which include and may not be limited to: your boss at work, your parent/s, and your teacher.

So my laptop is about to die, one must part with the little text box
Untill next time, which would most probably be tomorrow!
Night!

Face to Face.

So...There be this ungettable girl?

Hello there,

Chris again.

One finds it easy to 'spill One's guts' to those whom One believes are only digital yes?
...
...
...
Huh?
...
...
...
Well, that just means that I find it alot easyer to write this all down, I mean after all I'm only telling 'what ever' to this little box area in which I write my story. If I was speaking face to face with someone, would I say what I want/have to say the way I want to say? I'm quite sure that is normal? I kindly request the opinion of others out there that may be reading my Blog.

Now, back on topic.
The ungettable girl.
Once upon a time, in a land not to far away, I met a girl. She doesn't know that I like her. Such is life.

You know that feeling...the one where your insides go all funny, as if you have swallowed a caterpiller and it's grown into a butterfly, and the butterfly is trying to escape. Nerves. Your heart beats a little...or alot...faster. You stammer for words "Hi... um, what have you been... um sorry, er... I mean... how... are you?". Your breathing becomes fast, and you attempt to slow it down to act 'natural', 'smooth' or even 'cool'. Your face feels hot, so you become self concious and hope, just hope, that who ever has made you feel like that... has not noticed the infamous 'red face of desire'.

Yeh, I got that. Whenever I think of her.
Such is life.

Signing out.

-Chris

P.S
Ha, that feeling... greatest in the world. And yet at the same time... the worst?

Testing my Authority on Chris' Blog

So, Apparently I'm able to be a contributing Author on this blog thing of Chris'. I should be, after all the crap we went through to be able to set it up. Although, it wouldn't shock me if it still didn't work; that tends to be the way with technology.

Am I supposed to write something of worth here? Well, Right now I'm listening to Boys Like Girls, who are probably my favourite band of the moment. So if you haven't listened to any of their stuff, drop what you're doing and listen. I mean it. Have you gone? Good. I'll give you some space to do so.

That should be enough, if you're not back yet, you're too slow. I should probably doing my International Relations essay right now, Instead of writing crap on this Blog, but hey, Where's the fun in that? I have to give myself a challenge by doing it the night before its due or i'll find life will be boring due to meeting all my deadlines. There's nothing like failing Uni to break the monotony of life.

I love Mark Watson. Go to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and see him. He's gorgeous.

Anyway, enough rambling. In the intrum between this post and my next one, write a list of cute kids names.

Love, A Rambling Stranger.

Hey there,

Chris here.
So Janelle capitalizes the word "Authority" in the title of this Blog entry, therefore placing importance on/in the world. Clever desquise.

The Number 3 Post.

Happy Easter!

Well, well, well.
It seems to be, by clever deduction that it is Easter today? Why, yes. I do believe I am right??

So today is an exciting day. Some of you people out there reading my blog might know that I havn't had contact with my father for 10 years...before December 2007 of course. So today I'm going to see my grandma and grandfather, my cousin Cassie who I've all ready met since meeting my dad again, and my cousin Adam, who I haven't met yet. We have the same interests so thats pretty cool! I should be posting some photos up of the Easter breakfast at the grandparents place pretty soon. So until then, having a wonderful day. Keep out of trouble. and peace be with you all!

The number 2 post.

So what is the fascination with Blogs?

G'day! Chris here.

I pose a question to you all.

What is the fascination with Blogs? Is the natural curiosity about the fellow human at play here? If so, then why do we have a curiosity desire... I mean half the time it gets you killed right?

Ever heard of saying "curiosity killed the cat"?

Saying that, and If you beleive it, then the next step in logical thinking would be that every time you read my blog, you put your life in danger?

Could I perhaps say something, that subconciously triggers a reaction in you and therefore provoking you to do something you would never think of doing? Take my last entry for example. Look closely at the 'P.S' section. I say "Yellow balloons: I dislike them". Now you see that comment and subconciously, just because I have said that you will think "Hmm, I think I dislike yellow balloons.". However, you will only think this when you see a yellow balloon. Why? The yellow balloon will trigger a memory responce that will bring you back to my first blog entry and you will think "I remeber seeing that yellow balloons are disliked by someone, could it be me that dislikes them?" and before you know it, you have gone on a killing spree. Popping all the yellow balloons in existance.

Now, what if my 'P.S' section said "People: I dislike them." Ofcourse I do not dislike people.

Again I pose said question.

What is the fascination with Blogs?
I love Blogs :-]

-Chris

The Number 1 Post

Well Now!

G'day! Chris here.

So, why exactly have I created a blog? Would not have the slightest idea, thought it would be cool I. I read a few blogs here and there, mainly one ones with people actually doing stuff...like... I dunno, instead of saying "well this is my blog, today I sat in front of the computer for six hours..." they say "well this is my blog, today I played 7 games of skirmish, and now I have 68 welts on my skin from where the paint balls hit me... exciting huh?"

'Nother reason is I love the idea of having my own website and creating a sort of "community" if that makes sense??
To add to said "community" I'll look into getting like a little message board thing...or a 'guest sign on' diary or what ever those cool people call em.

You know, cause I'm just so damn social.. *cough*... I'm gonna post a heap of photos on here and stuff, just for kicks :D see what happens eh??

So this be my first blog entry, what do you think??

-Chris

P.S
Yellow balloons: I dislike them
